CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 frying chicken
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Noodles
Celery
Raw carrot

Boil chicken and bone. In broth cook 3 stalks celery and 1 carrot until tender. Add noodles (as many as you need for size of casserole). Put package of vegetables in and cook until about tender. Put this with chicken and seasoning. Mix with soup. Place in casserole. Cover with bread crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes or light brown. Makes large amount.
