1 chicken, cut & cleaned
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil. In saucepan, melt butter and add garlic; set aside. Mix together Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into butter and garlic mixture and then into bread crumb mixture. Arrange on cookie sheet so chicken pieces do not touch. Bake 1 hour.
