RAVE REVIEWS COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 1/8 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. water or milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
1 box 10X sugar

Blend mix, pudding, liquid, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into 3 layer pans or a Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Frosting: Cream butter with cream cheese. Add milk, vanilla and sugar; mix well. Spread on cake. Top with coconut.
