COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 potatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper
1 bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
1 sm. can pimento (chopped)
1 (5 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 c. melted butter
2 slices wheat bread (cubed) day old
Handful corn flakes (crushed)

Cook potatoes the day before. All other ingredients may be prepared ahead of time also. Mix all together -- moisten with a little milk so that it seems coated. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
