SUZZIE'S SHRIMP SALAD 
2 packs Top Ramen (noodles only)
4 to 6 tbsp. butter
1 c. almonds, sliced
1 c. shrimp
Scallions
1 head each red & green lettuce

DRESSING:

1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sesame oil (dark)
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix, shake, refrigerate ahead.

Melt butter, crumble or break up Top Ramen. Add noodles and almonds to butter. Stir continually until browned. Cool. Tear lettuce into large bowl. Add shrimp, sliced scallions and shrimp. Toss or distribute on large plates. Top with browned Ramen mix and then dressing to taste. A meal in itself.
