1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 lg. candy bar
Vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Bring cocoa, butter, sugar, and milk to a boil over medium heat. When mixture comes to a full boil, boil 5 1/2 minutes stirring constantly. Then add remaining ingredients.
