TRACIE'S FAVORITE COFFEE BARS 
1 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant dry coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

Add: 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well, stir in 1 cup miniature chocolate chips (nuts optional). Press in greased 10"x15" pan. Bake 20 minutes in 325 degree oven.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Add a small amount of milk to make glaze. Spread over hot bars. Cut while warm.
