1 lb. light brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. coffee, cooled
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Chocolate bits
Nuts

Sift flour, soda and salt. Add sugar. Add coffee to eggs. Add to dry mixture then vanilla and oil. Grease large cookie sheet and spread dough. Top with chocolate bits and nuts. Cook 1 hour or until done in a 350 degree oven.
