MEASURING RECIPE)
 
1 chicken (size depends on servings) save broth
Taco shells (broken into small pieces) to taste
Velveeta cheese to taste
1 can cream of mushroom or creamy chicken mushroom soup (may be diluted)

Boil chicken 1 to 1 1/2 hours, debone. Place layer of taco shells, layer of chicken, pour 1/2 can of soup over layers, layer of cheese in a covered casserole dish; repeat layers. Pour chicken broth over layers and top with crushed taco shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Great served with or over rice.
