STRAWBERRY FIG PRESERVES 
6 c. peeled figs
6 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry Jello
1 box Sur-Jell

Boil figs, sugar and water for 30 minutes. Add 3 boxes strawberry Jello and 1 box Sur-Jell. Cook 2 minutes longer. Put in jars and seal.
