SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. oats
2 eggs
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. caraway seeds

Combine all ingredients. Shape in balls. Bake on an ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning once.
