WHOLE WHEAT POPOVERS 
1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsifted whole wheat or graham flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1 1/4 c. milk

1. Thoroughly heat well greased muffin tins in hot oven.

2. Stir flour with salt. Add whole wheat flour; mix well.

3. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth, using a rotary beater.

4. Fill sizzling hot pans 1/3 full and place in hot oven for 20 minutes; reduce heat to moderate and finish baking.

5. Serve at once.
