SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. hamburg
1 c. dry plain bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Little more than 1 tbsp. grated parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper

Make into balls, brown in oil and add to sauce.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

3 or 4 onions, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato puree
3 sm. cans tomato paste
1 or 2 sm. cans water
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 bay leaves

Mix and simmer all day if you prefer. Add meatballs to mixture during cooking. I also add 1 large green pepper to above ingredients.
