WALKING TACO 
Layer on platter:

1. 2 cups jalapeno bean dip.

2. 3 ripe avocados mashed with 2 small bunches scallions (chopped) and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream (no liquid), and 1 package taco seasoning.

4. Chopped lettuce.

5. 3 tomatoes, chopped (no juice).

6. Large can black olives (not pit), sliced or chopped.

7. 8 ounce shredded sharp cheese.

Serve with 2 bags taco chips. (Serves many!!!)
