EGG NOG

1 egg
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold milk
Salt

Beat egg, salt and sugar. Add vanilla, beat thoroughly. Serves 1.

VARIATIONS:

2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tbsp. malted milk
Top with whipped cream
