EASY CARAMEL CORN 
8 c. popped corn
3/4 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla

3/4 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt

Bring to boil 5 to 8 minutes until thick and fluffy. Stir constantly. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour mixture over popped corn, bake 15 minutes in 250 degree oven, stir, bake another 15 minutes.
