JALAPENO POPPERS
These guys are even better on the BBQ :) Enjoy... They are HOT!

6 large jalapeno peppers (washed)
2 cups Velveeta cheese (or Cheese Whiz)
1 1/2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. FRANK'S® Red Hot sauce
4 oz. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) pkg. bacon

Cut long strip out of the jalapeno pepper (do not cut in half).

Take out the seeds and cores and put in a pan. Add remaining ingredients (except the bacon and jalapenos).

Melt, then mix with a blender. Use this mixture to stuff the jalapenos. Replace the long strip cut out, wrap in bacon (using toothpicks to hold in place).

Bake at 350°F until bacon is done (approximately 45 minutes).

Sounds very good, mine are very much the same, I use extra sharp cheddar with mine, and since my wife is vegetarian, I don't use the bacon. I just stuff the peppers with the 'white meat' and seeds, the cheese, and minced onion and broil for a couple minutes. :) Keep the spicy recipes coming!
