2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. butter
10 dashes Tabasco
2 c. flour
1 egg

Peanut butter

Cream cheese and butter until soft. Add Tabasco. Add and mix well flour and egg. Chill (overnight). Roll out between waxpaper; cut out with biscuit cutter. Wrap around date filled with peanut butter, bake until light brown. Bake at 425 degrees.
