CHOCOLATE GLAZE 
1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Blend in butter and milk. Remove from heat. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Thin with cream if necessary.
