SIMPLE COUNTRY COLESLAW | |
1/3 c. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. sour cream 1 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. cider vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper 4 c. shredded green cabbage 1 sm. carrot, pared, grated Whisk all ingredients, except cabbage and carrot, together in large mixing bowl. Add cabbage and carrot and toss well to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Four servings. About 190 calories per serving. |
