SHAMROCK SILK PIE 
1 Pillsbury all ready pie crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted
1/4 c. Irish Mist Liqueur
1 (8 oz.) container La Creme whipped topping
1 tbsp. Irish Mist Liqueur
1 tsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Few drops green food coloring

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, chocolate and 1/4 cup Irish Mist; mix well. Fold in 1 cup whopped topping and pour into pie crust lined pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Combine remaining whipped topping, Irish Mist and food coloring. Spread over pie.

Substitute 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon brandy extract for Irish Mist in baked filling and 1/4 teaspoon brandy extract for Irish Mist in topping.
