DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat cottage cheese until lukewarm. Combine in mixing bowl with sugar, onion, butter, dill seeds, salt, baking soda, egg and yeast. Add flour a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Cover and let rise about 50 minutes. Stir down with 25 vigorous strokes. Turn into well greased 1 1/2 quart round 8" casserole. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if necessary to prevent excessive browning.
