CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkg cherry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped cranberries
1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into shallow Pyrex dish and refrigerate overnight.
