ASPARAGUS 
2 lb. asparagus
1/2 lb. breakfast bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes. Remove and transfer onto serving platter. Drizzle with melted butter. Garnish with chopped eggs and bacon.
