ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar (1 white and 1 brown)
1 c. vegetables oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, cut up and put in food grinder and drain
1 3/4 c. white flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts and raisins

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla; blend well and stir in zucchini. Sift dry ingredients and blend into egg mixture. Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into 2 greased tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
