CANTONESE CHICKEN 
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
Chicken

Mix ingredients (honey, soy sauce, catsup and lemon juice). Arrange chicken in large baking pan. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Bake in oven 1 hour at 325 degrees. Baste with sauce. Thicken sauce and sue over rice; serve.
