PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. pecans
2 to 3 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped onion

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Add crushed pineapple, 1/2 of pecans, seasoned salt, chopped peppers and onion. Mix and cover. Set in fridge several hours. Take out and form a ball on waxed paper. Cover with pecans. Refrigerate until use. Will keep a long time in fridge. Serve with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
