PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple. Stir in 1 cup of pecans, green pepper, onions and salt. Shape into a ball. Roll in the remaining 1 cup of pecans. Wrap in plastic and chill overnight.
