"PLAY - DOH" (NON - EDIBLE) 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water
Food coloring

Stir all ingredients in saucepan, until batter thickens and begins to stick to spoon (at this time, it will usually form a ball as you're stirring). Set aside and cool. Dough should be soft and smooth, keep in sealed container.
