RUBY PEACHES 
6 canned peach halves
1 c. sugar-free strawberry flavored carbonated drink
1/4 c. low-calorie raspberry preserves
1 tbsp. cornstarch
6 tbsp. low-calorie whipped topping

Place 1 peach half cut side up in each of 6 dessert dishes. Heat remaining ingredients except topping to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minutes. Cool, top each peach half with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Pour sauce on peach halves. Refrigerate 2 hours. Makes 6 servings. Less than 75 calories per serving.
