CINNAMON SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla and the sour cream. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add to the butter mixture. Beat all together for 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour some batter in the pan and then sprinkle with half of the sugar/cinnamon mixture, then more batter, then the remainder of the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
