LEMON DESSERT 
46 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Spread evenly in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. (Save a few crumbs to sprinkle on top). Beat:

1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (chilled)

Fold in 9 oz. tub Cool Whip. Spread evenly over crumbs and sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
