LENTIL SOUP 
1 bag lentils beans (small)
1 chopped onion
1 sliced celery
1 diced tomato
1 chopped potato
2 slices carrots
3 tbsp. olive oil
Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
4 oz. Ditalini #40 pasta

Check and rinse lentils; put lentils in pot and add cold water to cover about 2 inches over beans. Cook on medium heat. Chop vegetables and add in. Cook 3/4 hour. If dry, add water. When tender, add 3 tablespoons olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper. Cook pasta according to package directions then drain, then add to soup.
