MARY'S POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
2 pkgs. Lipton vegetable soup mix
1 lg. onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Scrub the potatoes until they are clean. Cut them into small pieces. Mix the vegetable soup mix with two cups of water. Dice the large onion. Combine all ingredients in large pot. Add enough water to cover ingredients. Cook until the potatoes are done.
