1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips

Combine sugar, butter and milk bring to boil stirring constantly and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth and melted. Spread over cake.
