CRAB BAKE & ARTICHOKES 
2 c. crabmeat or sea leg
2 cans artichokes hearts, drained & chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
Bread crumbs
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Parmesan cheese

Mix all except Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Fold into well greased 4-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
