RICE SALAD 
2 c. cooked brown rice
1/3 c. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. sauerkraut
1/4 c. minced celery, used tender, inside stalks
1/4 c. minced green onion
Olive oil

Combine ingredients, adding just enough olive oil to lightly coat vegetables. Additional salt is not needed, the sauerkraut will provide enough.
