STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

Top with 1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers (plain Ritz okay) rolled into crumbs. Add 1 stick melted butter to cracker crumbs to top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
