CRUNCHY SPROUT SALAD 
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 c. toasted slivered almonds

Combine sprouts, celery, onion and ginger. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, curry and lemon juice. Just before serving, pour dressing over sprouts and toss gently. Arrange on lettuce and sprinkle with toasted almond slivers.
