DROP BISCUITS 
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk

1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in shortening with a fork or with 2 knives, until crumbly.

2. Stir in milk enough to wet the dry ingredients.

3. Drop dough from a tablespoon onto a greased baking sheet.

4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
