1 boned, cooked chicken, cut into pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Mix ingredients together and spread in 9x13 inch pan. Mix 1 pound package of Pepperidge Farms stuffing according to directions. Crumble over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
