CHICKEN, RICE & SPECIAL K
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. cut up celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. Special K

Mix together chicken, rice, celery, mayonnaise, soup and onions and put in pan. On top of dish, put the Special K, and then dot with the butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes.
