ELSIE'S SHRIMP MOLD 
1/2 can tomato soup
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. celery (chopped fine)
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 can shrimp

Heat soup and cream cheese over low heat until cheese is melted. Cool. Add gelatin dissolved in cold water. Add other ingredients and mold. Serve with crackers.
