TOO-EASY PEACH PIE 
5-6 peaches, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
5 slices white bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fruit in buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Cut crusts from bread and cut each slice into 5 finger slices. Place bread over the fruit.

In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and sugar and butter. Pour over fruit and bread. Bake 35-45 minutes until golden. Serves 5-6.
