GREEN BEANS AND CASHEWS 
2 lbs. green beans (fresh)
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. salted cashews
2 tbsp. parsley
1 chopped onion

Steam beans. Before serving, melt butter in skillet, saute onions. Add beans and cashews. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Season.
