DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1 loaf frozen white bread dough
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 can canned tomatoes, chopped and well drained (optional)
Pepperoni or browned and drained sausage or ground beef
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped mushrooms
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives, optional
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. oregano
Salt and pepper

Thaw dough according to package directions. Shape into a ball. Roll out to a 12 inch circle or shape to fit a baking dish. Grease pizza pan or 13 x 9 inch pan. Place dough in dish and pat out to edges. Dough will be springy. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes and pat out to edges again (repeat if necessary). Combine tomatoes and tomato sauce or pizza sauce. Set aside. When dough fits pan, make a ridge. Do not make holes in dough. Prebake crust for about 8 to 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Spread with tomato mixture and meat. Sprinkle with pepper, onions and mushrooms. Place Mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut in wedges.
