DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1 loaf frozen white bread dough
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (8 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces, drained
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Thaw dough and roll out to a 14 x 10 inch rectangle. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place dough in pan, extending 1/2 inch up the sides. Let rise 15 to 20 minutes. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper; set aside. Brown sausage, drain off excess fat. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook until onion is tender. Spread tomato sauce over dough in pan. Spoon meat mixture evenly over sauce. Sprinkle cheeses over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
