VEGETABLE MOLD 
2 tomatoes
1 c. celery
1 sm. onion
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/4 c. boiling water
1 cucumber
1 sm. env. unflavored gelatin
1 pepper
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt

Chop all vegetable fine and drain on paper towels. Soften gelatin in cold water, add hot water; cool. Fold in mayonnaise and salt. Add vegetable and pour in mold. Serve with Town House Crackers.
