GRANDMA'S PINEAPPLE SHERBET 
To make 6 (4) quarts. 4 (2 2/3) c. sugar 1 lg. can shredded pineapple 1 qt. (1 1/2 pts.) whipping cream Whole milk

Mix lemon juice, sugar and pineapple in large bowl and let stand until syrupy (1 to 2 hours). Beat cream until soft peaks form and add to pineapple mixture. Add milk to fill ice cream freezer container. Follow directions for your ice cream freezer.
