GINGERBREAD COOKIES | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 1/3 c. molasses 1 egg 3 1/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt Mix together. Refrigerate 1 hour minimum. Take 1/4 of dough and roll to 1/8 inch thick on floured surface. Keep remaining dough in refrigerator. Place on ungreased sheet and bake 6 to 9 minutes at 350 degrees. Great recipe for cut out cookies, gingerbread houses, etc. |
